- Mata Charan Kaur College & MCK IELTS ACADEMY, Pink Palace, Partap Nagar, Amritsar was established in 2001.
- Mata Charan Kaur Beauty Academy was established in 2008.
- Mata Charan Kaur Charitable Lab. Clinic, Near Tunga Wali Pully, Majitha Road, Amritsar was established in 2008. We believe that education is not just about earning degrees and certificates. General Rules, Requirements & Eligibility for Admission
- To fill in all the particulars on the prescribed Admission Form in his/her own handwriting. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
- To affix 10 passport-size latest photographs, including one on the identity card, on the specified space of the Admission Form.
- To attach the following certificates/documents with the Admission Form:
- Certified copies of certificates/detailed marks cards of having passed the lower examination with attested and original certificates.
- The principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate if he/she believes it is in the best interest of the college.
- In case of serious misbehavior, indiscipline, or academic disturbances, the principal may impose fines, cancel admission, or ban entry.
Rules for Payment of College Dues
- The date for the payment of college dues will be fixed and notified by the Principal.
- A fine of Rs.100 per day will be charged for non-payment of dues on time.
- Non-payment of college dues within one month will result in the student being struck off from college rolls.
- Dues once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
For the Attention of Parents and Students
- Parents and students must read the prospectus carefully before signing the admission form.
- Each student must carry their Identity Card at all times and produce it when asked.
- Attendance at college seminars, functions, and celebrations is compulsory.
- Students falling short of prescribed attendance will not be issued a roll number.
- Legal actions or petitions against the institution must be filed in the local jurisdiction of the institution's area.
House Examinations
Attendance in the House Tests conducted by the college is compulsory. Students failing to appear will not qualify for the final Board/University examination. A student falling short of 80% attendance will be deemed ineligible for exams.
Rules Regarding Attendance
- The students are required to attend lectures as prescribed by the college and university.
- The name of a student absent for more than a fortnight without permission will be struck off the rolls.
- The principal may condone shortage of lectures based on conduct, behavior, and performance.
